CMAL welcomes a new team member

Gemma Massey

CMA Launceston are happy to welcome their latest new team member, part time administrator Gem. As the workload for the team continues to increase and thanks to a Community Lottery Grant, CMA where in a position to hire a part time administrator to support their ongoing works. Gem has extended administrative and front office experience and brings with her knowledge and experience from working within Cornwall Council, therefor being able to support Sarah, the centre manager, and the rest of the team with their work.

This new appointment means we are now able to ensure the office is open more hours each week, to support more of our clients in need. As the cost-of-living crisis continues to hit local family hard, the CMA continue to look to expand their team of experienced volunteers. If you, or someone you know, would like to volunteer time and become part of our support team, we have a wide of roles to suite you; These include Money Advisor, Advisors assistant, Specialist and CMAL Friend.
